The Retreat
Friday July 24th - Arrive in Albuquerque!
Saturday July 25th
El Pinto - Dinner
After a full day on the trail, we’ll gather at El Pinto for a relaxed, classic New Mexican dinner. It’s the perfect setting to unwind, share stories, and enjoy bold local flavors—whether you’re ordering red chile, green chile, or going “Christmas” and getting both. Great food, easy conversation, and a chance to close out the day together.
Sunday July 26th
Resort Time
After a full day of connection and adventure, Sandia Resort offers the perfect place to relax and recharge. Whether it’s unwinding by the pool, enjoying the spa, or simply taking in the views of the Sandias, this is your time to slow down. No agenda—just space to rest, reflect, and enjoy the moment.
The idea for DADventure began when Matt Rivard and I found ourselves sitting at a bar, drinking a beer and talking about the unique experience of being dads of children with Prader-Willi Syndrome. We recognized the need for a dedicated space where fathers could come together, build meaningful connections, and find strength in shared experience. This retreat was created to foster that community — one grounded in authenticity, camaraderie, and mutual support.
